Nina Falvello has been a staff attorney at Zuckerman Spaeder since 2007. She represents clients in complex civil litigation, class actions, government investigations, and white collar criminal matters.

As part of class action litigation teams, she has fielded hundreds of class member calls in one matter and over a thousand calls in another. She was selected for this role because of her many years’ experience as a volunteer civil and family mediator for the District of Columbia Superior Court and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. She is consistently praised by her mediator peers as a calm, tactful, and discreet, with an empathetic ear.

For three years, she worked as an associate with her family’s litigation firm in Pennsylvania, and handled complex construction litigation, medical malpractice, and negligence cases. She researched and wrote appellate briefs to the highest state courts on licensing, professional malpractice, and due process issues.
