Leila Bijan focuses her practice on white collar defense, government investigations, and civil litigation. Whether defending an individual against a criminal prosecution or government investigation, or representing a patient’s interest to obtain promised insurance coverage, Leila invests her curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and steadfast determination to steer her clients through their most challenging circumstances.

Before joining the firm, Leila was a clerk to the Honorable Barry Ted Moskowitz of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.


Leila graduated from Harvard Law School, where she served as an Executive Editor of the Harvard Law Review. While in law school, she was a student attorney for the Criminal Justice Institute, representing indigent individuals accused of committing crimes. Leila also interned for the American Civil Liberties Union.
