The session, “How to Assess Whether Your Compliance Program Can Withstand a Government Investigation,” offered guidance on best practices for anti-corruption compliance programs, including anti-corruption compliance for minority investments, deal assessment policies, documentation, hiring local experts, training senior management and staff, and leveraging technology for efficiency.
