Zuckerman Spaeder Obtains Agreement to Dismiss Charges Against Client Zachary Warren

Zuckerman Spaeder partners Paul Shechtman and William J. Murphy today released the following statement regarding the agreement to dismiss charges against their client Zachary Warren:

“We are deeply pleased that the District Attorney’s Office has decided to dismiss the charges against Zachary Warren. As the two federal judges for whom he clerked would attest, Zach is an extraordinarily talented young lawyer of the highest integrity who has a bright future ahead of him.

Now that this matter has been resolved, Zach will begin work as an associate at Williams & Connolly LLP in the fall. Zach previously worked as a summer associate at that firm, after which he received an offer of full-time employment. We are gratified that the District Attorney’s office has recognized that the equities of this case and the interests of justice dictate the resolution achieved today.”

The Zuckerman team was led by Mr. Shechtman and Mr. Murphy and included partner Martin S. Himeles, Jr., associate Adam Abelson, and paralegals D'Ann Vermilye and Augusta Gronquist.
