Zuckerman Spaeder LLP Names Caroline E. Reynolds Partner

Zuckerman Spaeder LLP is pleased to announce that Caroline E. Reynolds has been named partner. Ms. Reynolds, who joined Zuckerman Spaeder as an associate in 2007, is based in the firm’s Washington, DC office. She focuses her practice on complex civil litigation and white collar criminal defense.

During her time at Zuckerman Spaeder, Ms. Reynolds has represented corporations, executives, and other individuals in government and internal investigations, criminal proceedings, and civil litigation involving allegations including securities and accounting fraud, antitrust violations, and federal corruption. She also regularly represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex class action lawsuits, including obtaining certification of a nationwide class alleging civil RICO violations and fraud against a major insurance company.

Prior to joining Zuckerman Spaeder, Ms. Reynolds was an associate in the Washington, DC office of Covington & Burling LLP. There she represented a major financial institution in multi-district litigation and a government investigation stemming from a complex securities fraud scheme. She also advised companies relating to insurance coverage issues and represented policyholders in insurance coverage litigation, among other representative matters. Ms. Reynolds clerked for the Honorable Keith P. Ellison, of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, from 2003 to 2004.
