Paula M. Junghans, former Deputy Assistant Attorney General and Acting Assistant Attorney General of the Tax Division of the Department of Justice, has joined Zuckerman Spaeder LLP as Partner. Ms. Junghans will serve clients with her expertise in criminal and civil tax controversies and white-collar criminal issues.
