Eric R. Delinsky Joins Zuckerman Spaeder LLP's Washington, DC Office

Zuckerman Spaeder is pleased to announce that Eric R. Delinsky has joined the firm as Counsel in Washington, DC, where he will concentrate on white-collar criminal litigation and complex civil litigation. Prior to joining Zuckerman Spaeder, Mr. Delinsky served as an Assistant Federal Public Defender and spent several years at a prominent Washington, DC litigation firm.

Mr. Delinsky has significant experience in the courtroom and in pre- and post-trial strategy and tactics. He has managed both criminal and civil litigation, tried several major cases to verdict, and handled numerous oral arguments, evidentiary hearings, and witness examinations.

During his tenure at the Federal Public Defender's Office for the District of Maryland, Mr. Delinsky defended an array of white-collar criminal matters, including matters involving allegations of securities and accounting fraud, money laundering, mail and wire fraud, and tax fraud. At his former law firm, Mr. Delinsky represented companies and individuals in both criminal and civil matters. His civil experience included products liability, intellectual property, administrative enforcement, securities, and First Amendment litigation.

Mr. Delinsky earned his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 1996, where he was a member of the law review and graduated magna cum laude, and his undergraduate degree from Tufts University in 1991. After law school, he served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Joseph L. Tauro, U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Mr. Delinsky is admitted to practice in Washington, DC and Massachusetts. He is a member of the Edward Bennett Williams Inn of Court and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
